Reminder:
  • Please observe the signage on the Poland Spring Trail System. There are some trails where Poland Spring has water testing equipment and are off limits.
  • The Club has done a lot of work there to improve the trails and bridges and if off-trail riding continues the trails will be closed.
  • Please ride responsibly.
Landowner Permission Information:
  • If you are on a signed ATV trail then it is presumed the local club has secured permission.
  • If the trail is not signed, then you need verbal or written landowner permission. Written permission is required on cropland, pastureland or an orchard.

Club Information:
  • Hollis Freewheelers ATV Club is a non profit club located in Southern Maine. Our goal is to promote safety, landowner relations, education, adventure and family fun in our sport.

  • The club was started back in 1985. After a few years of inactivity, it was rejuvenated in 2002 in Waterboro and returned to Hollis in June 2004.

  • We meet the second Thursday of the month at the Hollis Community Building (next to the Town Hall) on Rt. 35. (No meetings in December - March)
    • Directions: Where Routes 202, 4, 4A, 117, and 35 intersect; go North on Rt. 35 about 3 miles to the Hollis Municipal Center (on right)
  • New members and guests are always welcome!
